1.8T AGU _ fueling problem

Hello, the car has 630cc injectors, K04 turbo and MK3 VR6 MAF - the car runs "ok" but is quite rich in low loads and goes super lean in higher rpms. Fuel pressure is checked and ok. Would some look in my soft if I dodn't overlook something? Thank you.
