MG3 immobiliser location !!!

hi mates
i have MG3 2020 , all key lost
according to my research:
immo data location is eeprom 24c16
24c16 in bcm or in cluster ???

after reading eeprom 24c16 BCM with autel im508 + xp400 pro to add key from dump , i got message "decoding filed" err 4096

Can you blank that eeprom, read codes see if says no key data?
or does it say number of keys in bcm
