Volvo V50 1.6d EDC16C34 EGR OFF / DTC OFF

Hello.
I have a V50 which I did EGR off on, but now I have 2 fault codes

4438 - EGR
7700 - checksum wrong

I used KTAG and the car starts normal and drives normal, so i dont know why I get the checksum wrong fault code.

But, can someone help me remove these 2 fault codes?
