hello I have a mercedes e270 W210 no crank no start engine ecu: bosch cr2.14 with EZS It only starts when I put direct voltage to the starter
diagnosis does not fail
We check with the diagnostic machine in EZS and ECU the signals 15, 15r, 50 and are fine
The problem is that K40 does not get the correct voltage to activate the starter
That voltage is from ECU
need help please

The relay is protected by a fuse have you checked? because you don't say anything about it

Yes
I have checked the fuses of the k40 are fine, they all get battery voltage

Thank you for the valuable information
I have checked the two wires that go from the ECU to the P25 fuse/relay box.
I1 and ground: 12v
I2 and ground: 12v
I1 and I2: 7v
when the key in the EZS is in the start position, nothing changes in the voltage of those 2 wires
the starter relay K111 needs 12v from those 2 wires (I1,I2) to turn the starter

No
There should be 12v and gnd to control the relay

I meant to say that, sorry
the problem is that there is 12v in the two cables, I don't know why
thank you

It's supposed to be like this. During startup, when 50 is running, one mass will appear sent from ecu
The relay will be activated and therefore the starter motor
Pull out the relay and you will find out where the power is and where the control is

I have checked with a multimeter to see if there is a mass when the key is in position 50 but there is not.
Is there any other way to check it?

Make ECU virgin. Do synchronization of ECU and EZS using SD
If the fault persists, you have a faulty ECU

Is there any way to resynchronize it without SD, I don't have it.
THANK YOU.
