RCD 310 Nec read prolem

Hello. I have the following problem. I am trying to read NEC3358 from RCD310.I use FTDI to RS232 and WIN Xp.
the program i use is NEC D33xx Reader and V850prog.In both cases it gives me a read error.I use a 100 ohm resistor across RS232.I also tried 12 kilohms of 12 volts.
I have read all the threads and watched all the videos on the subject.
Where is the mistake.
