need damos converted to english and then to xdf have damos me2.8.1 and map pack

as i said i have a sl 55 amg i have a complete damos for the me2.8.1 and a map pack i made by applying the damaos to my base ori file and then expeorting the map pack but they are in german and i need them translaed and converted to a xdf .

anyone can do this for me :/
