I don't know for sure, but looks like it's stating that SOS system function is limited. Perhaps someone else that speaks that language can help

in BMW (F-series) usually the small speaker in compartment under steering wheel is loose when giving simular message. Maybe speaker problem?

I have another problem I can't adjust the date of this car, the adjustment of is perfect for the date there is no arrow for the adjustment does anyone know the problem?
