Hi.

Car hawe damaged software. Rail presure going to high. Mechanics are OK. I think eeprom data was damaged - readed about this here and others forums.
Wana tray to swap software from same ECU working.

Need transfer immo data from ORI to DONOR. IMMO off hard or immpossible - hands free in car.

This not helped - car start but rail pesure go high engine run bad and after 5 sec engine go off - safety reason high rail presure.
ANY Advice?

high pressure pump , pressure regulator .....................
and i am 100% sure that was checked / reconditioned - yes ?
if - so bad reconditioned
i will try make update of ecu by clip - if will not help - bad parts in car as i wrote above

All fuel injecion part was checked in bosch wokschop. Tried 3 different pressure regulators, second high presure pump - also chceked in bosch. I was open ecu and noticed bad soldering quality. Ordered second used ecu. Engine starts and getinig metalic noise like hammer hit metal in pump area i think is when ecu closing and opening presure regulator.

What is the rail pressure on idle? Is there any error in engine ecu? Timing ok? What happened to the car/did it work fine before?

Customer said before was sometimes problem but it worst and car dont want start. original pump was broke inside. Mechanic put new used pump chcecked on bosch bench. this not helped bud car starts and after 5 - 7 sec die - error fuel flow regulator - presure regulator. Rail presure is very high and non constant it is from 500 - 1800 bar.

I waiting for ECU and we will see. Mybe its ECU. If not i kill Mechanic.

Second ECU same problem. I copy only a immo and vin in eeprom. No faults only after crank prssure flow refulator.

You probably have clogged injectors or short circuit on injectors wires.
