Vivaro EDC17C84 NOx ADBLUE ISSUE

Hi Guys, so we had a vivaro in with a NOx issue P3208 NOx Sensor 2 Heater Feedback Circuit.

Customer also wanted a power map so i asked my tuner for this to be done, van is quick and that power map has no issues.

So i scanned the ECU after writing and no codes so i let the customer go, he messaged saying "Anti Pollution Fault" came on dash.

I scanned ECU and no codes shown, but in ADBLUE Computer 1 DTC of Fault NOx Sensor Downstream Of Exhaust Gas After Treatment Heating Performance.

Tuner advised me to unplug ADBLUE Computer but this brings a orange symbol on dash relating to adblue fluid with 0% remaining of adblue.

I plugged ADBLUE computer back in and still no lights or warning messages, but customer thinks the fault will come back but i drive many miles with no error.

So tuner send another "solution" which i have not tested yet. Tuner i have used for many years never really had issues before.

Can someone look and see the issue?

in attachement are original file with adblue and egr off, is tested and vorking on two of this cars : vivaro and talento.

write on the bench this file, dont disconnect nothing about adblue and egr but is very important that after writing this file you disconnect 15 min the battery, then reconnect, enter in diagnosis and delete all dtcs also is not listed

some of theese sometimes have message on dash after unpluging scr unit. Do intstrument cluster reset and message will be gone. ( i didnt checked ur file, sometimes problem is in solution)

Thanks everyone, however im still using the original file sent from m tuner and still no lights or warnings. Must of been a glitch or something
