V40 my 2015 Cem cloning issue

Ho collegue,
I have volvo V40 my2015 petrol With Cem spc560b60l7 whitout eprom 95320 inside.
Car sometime want start and not recognized corectly Key. Or start Whit check immobilizer fault on Dashboard.
Volvo dealer want change Cem module.
I have buy online Cem with my code only from diesel car and my2018. I have read all with vvdi prog. But vvdi prog can write in donor Cem only dflash e Cflash 1024+64kb. Other partition area Shadow ctest e dtest otp area cannot rewrite (chip dont supporto this feature).
Car want start and not recognized Key no Dash on whit donor Cem With dflash e Cflash cloned from ori cem unit.
I can add ori file. Vvdi cannot clone this Cem? Or other tool required?

You have tested? And sure iot can do this clone? I have iot but not volvo SIM. You Say correct SIM model for this Jobs.

I have found this in iot
VOLVO LEAR BCM SPC560B60/SPC560B64+95320. SPC560B60/SPC560B64 DATA & PROGRAM FLASH R/W. EEPROM 95320 R/W. In order to use need PINCODE.

In VOLVOCEMLIC000001 ACTIVATION modules list and functions.
Iot dont read pincode required from read and write.
Now i think iot read and write Cflash. How to obtain pincode from my dump?

hi i followed your instructions , i load io terminal and i select extract pin, but it says extract pin from 95320 eeprom file,

i have c-flash and d-flash but i dont have 95320 eeprom file ?

can i just select flash here? or do i need 95320 eprom file?

Type in these pincodes, manually in io.
if it allows you to read the cem. That pin is ok.

Try both pins this way.

its simple if you have access with any of the pincodes and IO read it after entertaining you have the correct one

Hi, when you say its that simple, Can you tell us how you get the pin, As i/o seller says it doesn't give pin, Or are they saying wrong? I have 2 P3 to clone and know I will need pin code to write back data.

yes use Ford pdf to use also with Volvo cem modules
only difference it that volvo cem will ask pincode and Gm/ford will not

Yes you need Eeprom and read it with Xprog, Works well. You dont need anything but the Eeprom for I/O to extract pass, and good to go.
