SAAB CIM corrupted dump 93LC66A

Hi !
Can anybody here help with CIM SAAB with problem: eeprom was read as 93c66, add key and wrote as 93c66 and I think its corrupted.

I have read as 93c66 and 93LC66a but after add key, not have backup before adding key.

CIM numbers are:1
2760545aa
12274217

Looks like it's just a key problem try to program the key after obd

Thank You. But my tool need One working key to add new key by OBD. Will try to repair original key.
