Jeep grand cherokee diesel 1999

Hello Friends,

I have jeep grand cherokee with all key lost, year 1999 diesel, with immobox 24c02.
I have autel im608 with programmer. I have read the original file and i have tryed to add 1 key, the im608 have generate the key, and generate the new file that I wrote in 24c02.
the car won't start and immo light on the dasboard.
( i don't have new key with new transponder, i have found 1 used key it is not new, can i re use and re write on this transponder? or the problem is here? new transponder required?)

or other solution, immo off possible?
