Skoda Octavia 2.0TDI VRS PPD1.2 Immo Off

Hi, long story short - mpc is dead (shorted after wrong bdm connection), and I will get new ecu (second hand) for this car, but my question is - is immo off possible in this ecu or only with emulator, or virgin possibly and then adapt with odis? And if it is not possible will it be enough just to swap eeprom from old ecu to new? Should the ecu's match exactly part numbers or can differ a little? Please some vag specialist help. Thank you.

Ok but shoud I use exactly the same number ecu because of powerclass problem or it doesent matter if its from seat with different letters at the end lets say?
