Audi SRS unit with CR16MFR5

I need clear dump for Audi SRS unit with Cr16MFR5 44pins PLCC.
The unit is Bosch
8D0 959 655 J 0 285 001 276.
I have read it with Vag Commander original Abritus and I dont trust that is well readed thats why I dont post crashed dump.
