hi peeps- have a starview the box that won't communicate with remote as i need to scan it to get it working shows channels on tv screen and am able to use the up or down channel button on the box. have the latest image on and have tried many different remotes but no joy. i think it's something to do with a chip in the box, can any 1 point me in the right direction apart from the obvious please? thanks
