does anyone has done that? is any new program mileage to support this scooter?

No never done, but must be a eprom, remove cluster open it, and check eprom (93c46,93c56 ect...)

Read eprom with programmer, save, and post dump here with actual mileage. I am sure someone can calculate mileage for you.
