passat ccm 95320 dump corrupt

hi guys
i removed ccm and read 95320 in circuit (:banghead: i know i know) and i must have corrupted eeprom data .
cs and vin still look ok but no start with new key and only orange steering light on dash
maybe someone can help to repair my dump?

before i removed the ccm it showed on the dash about wrong key
and now only shows orange steering light
also when i diagnose the ccm now it is super slow and wont even show me fault codes with vcds
sometimes im able to check the live values and immo status is showing 91

im going to put another modules dump on my eeprom and see if immo staus changes
