VW Caddy 1.6TDI DPF off

Hello,

I have tried to disable dpf on VW Caddy 1.6TDI
PCR2.1

But it is stiuck with DPF lamp on
Reseted DPF before write dpf off but still on and cannot disable it

Here is ori file and eeprom
