please can someone help me to clear my dump?

sw a1179021800
bosch n 0285011863

if someone have experience on this car....it's possible thet car not start for crash memory in airbag unit?
or i need to reset engine control unit for inertial switch or other similar?

unfortunately i've not here car.
i've only airbag unit and other service bring me that.
i try to ask if they did some diagnosis and if they have wrote dtc code


but if i process file with carprog online i see thet it found crash.

i've not dtc photo or code but garage service told me that have some airbag falut, pretensioners, pyrotecnic clamp on battery.
all parts was already repleced but still error in ecu and can't clear and start car.
