ford mondeo 2006 dash how to read mcu

Hi

I have problem with mondeo dash mcu,I cant read it..

I think it is the HC12D60 but I can't read it with any programmer,it seems that the wrong mcu is selected,I try read on board in circuit and removed from board,but not success.

30 - VDD - power suply
29 - VSS - ground
34 - Reset
15 - BKGD

had you try to read as MC68HC12D60? or 68HC912D60?

You need quartz for onboard reading, but don`t know why you couldn`t read in circiut...
