Mercedes C 220 CDI 2017 ECU ORI File Please help!

Hello guys ,

Today i've screwed up with the ECU and i need urgent the Original File of this ECU :
Software number : 651 900 52 03
Software number 2 : 651 901 45 02
Car Year : 2017
Transmission : Automatic
ECU : Delphi CRD3 / 170.0PS / 125.0kW

I will post as well a photo of the ECU. Please help if anyone has the Original file please help i need to write it, Car wont start!!

no i have nothing i tried to read it and car stopped working and then i tried again to read it it doesn't identify the ECU , i need to re write it but am messing the ori file which i dont have
