mercedes vito dash mileage change please

Hi all i have a 2015 Mercedes vito W447 with eeprom 25640 could someone help me correct the miles please, the original miles are 104,549 miles and i need 100,300 miles thank you in advance

These are calculated in Km so small discrepancy.
