Toyota RAV-4 immobiliser

hi all, i have a toyota Rav-4, year 2007, customer have lost all keys and i wanna program a new key for this car, i have find the immobilizer with eeprom 93C66, read dump, but i have no idea about how to program the chip, i have an AD900 (but dont contain this type) also T-300 and TM Pro dont resolve this type of immobiliser, i post the dump here, anyone can help me please, thank's a lot

READ NEW KEY WITH ANY KEY READER AND POST ITS DATA BUT IT MUST BE IN TIRIS FORMAT AND I CAN HELP YOU (ALSO READ THE IMMO FILE AGAIN CAUSE YOUR FILE IS NOT CORRECT)!!!!!

Do you have transponder reader ?It should read texas 4D transponders.Then i can help you .
