Motorola MC68HC711K4CFN3 burning OTPROM (ROM)

Hi guys!
I need to programming the OTPROM (ROM) memory of the Motorola MC68HC711K4CFN3 processor.
All known programmers can only write to EEPROM or CONFIG register.
Does anyone of you knows some programmer who can burn a bin file into the ROM memory of this processor?

You can write ROM only in new processor, old motorola cracker has an option for read/write ROM.

What version of Motorola Cracker can write ROM of HC711K4?

Of if you like, the sw called Jbug11 should do EPROM on 711K4.

Thank you. I tried using JBUG11, but when I try to upload *.bin, *.obj, or *.S19 files to the MCU, it just gives an error message:
"Address(es) overlap ROM"
I can't figure out how to write that file into the ROM.
Do you have any experience with this?
