Xhorse tab fail on bcm2

I tried reading a BCM2 with Xhorse tab, and xhore pogopin adapter.

Fail Xhorse tab, to read bcm2 with non weld adapter.


Log: status : standby power 67%
adapter connection detect...
12v unconnect or adapter connect line error.
Close vss vpp power


When i attach it to the vvdiprog, i can read this with this non weld adapter.
So the adapter is not the problem.


( vvdiprog did give me a freq error, so i lowered voltage from 4.8v to 4.6 volt.)
And then i could read and write)

Hello rob, did you succed to make a key? When I did this I soldered, there where warnings about big risk. My conclusion was that when you write to the BCM2 it looses contact and gets corrupted? If I am wrong, please tell me. Regards J
