i newbie and want to know if i can do an immo off for SIM 32 with delphi ds150e ?

You need special tool.......

MCU type - HD64F7055
MCU FLASH size - 0x80000 bytes (512kb)
EEPROM type - 95160
EEPROM size - 0x800 bytes (2kb)

This tool (https://www.immo-tools.lt/en/products/renault.htm) work this ecu, is a example.......i know other tools work this ecu, your tool can`t read this ecu.

You can also buy a cheap programmer that supports SPI 95160 eeprom reading, in that case you have to open the ecu, cheers.
