Virgin and IMMO OFF 5SF3 M2

Hallo i have a ECU in car (Grande Punto 1.2 8V) and one i buy on ebay.
one is 5SF3 M2 HW 300 and the oder also but different SW version.
Can i have or help me to make both virgin and Immo of?

Hi no problem in virgin and immo off. Your must heve the sam Hw. New ecu and ori. Best redgards
