0 281 010 565 BMW 46D1 (Control unit, internal 4) and 4A63 (EWS tampering)

Hi guys, i need help for this unit.

The car does not start and I have tried to clone the Eeprom of the original ECU to a second hand one but I get those errors (46D1 and 4A63)
Is it possible with the Eeprom of the second hand ECU and the original EWS of the car to synchronize the data? Can you virginize the ECU and sync with Launch, AVDI, Autel?
Somebody could help me?
