volvo s40 cem elv synchronization

Hello I need pair EEPROM SCL 95010 and EEPROM CEM - VOLVO S40
Batery car fault and the car wont start,i'm able to put ignition,but the steering lock not working and i have errors in cem
6C47 - control unit steering column locking, incorrect signal
6C53 - Control unit steering column locking, internal
The engine ecu has no faults.

U can try emulator for steering should be work if the problem in it

thanks to the emulator it will work like the SCL work, problem solved car start
