I NEED HELP DACIA DOKKER 1.5DCI

Hi i have problem with dacia dokker 1.5 dci 2017 , that car came form auction and didnt have engine ecu , i found in ebay a full set for start the car ( 2 keys , ecu and bcm ) i fix engine ecu , bcm and keys and the car start and no trouble in engine , just i have esp light on , and the fault in abs system" DF193 multiplex signal invalid from engine " , no have any another fault in other ecu , just in abs
the vin number is diferent from ecu to the abs ....like i cant change the vin in the engine ecu , i change the vin in all the ecus of the car (dash , bcm , airbag ...) just for check ( like all the car have same vin number should delete the problem if was for the vin) and same fault code .
The engine ecu is the same ref from factory original of my car 0281032811 , like i need solve the problem i tryed check with renolink all the variant posibility and cant found solution .....i sent the car for the renault dealer and my surprise after 25 days there ...they said i need put a new engine ecu , new abs module , and bcm new.....like that ...and i paid only 320€ lol for they didnt do nothing , his response was the abs cant be configurate betwen the vin is diferent form ecu engine and abs
its true the vin of the ecu of engine is from dacia logan and my car is dacia dokker
But if i changed all vin and the trouble df193 if because is a diferent vin ....no have any reason .....any sugestion ? i need help because i feel lost and i paid a lot for nothing , thank u in advance

If only ecu missing, you should buy donor ECU, make virgin and add to car
You did mess in car by self, and now supprised?
About dealer - they not able do anything on used parts, prohibited - now you know why you paid only 320 euro
Probably you don't have knowledge about cars, and you thinked that it is like old vag eg golf 4?

rafal i have experience in cars ...and i cant find any virgin dump for that ecu , in the same way the original bcm was broken too because car come from auction ...we didnt knew about engine or other things .., and the car no have any key , that was the reason for i thought the cheaper way was find a complet set , start the car ...and afte we will see if the engine was ok what we will do . i know is not a golf 4 ....is a dacia ,and is edc17 ....i preffer golf 4
and about dealer they can configurate before ....just right now the can clip is limited
