IMMO OFF or help with Meucci please

Hi, i'm working on a Peugeot Partner 2.0 hdi RHY with Siemens 5WS40136C-T ECU
with 93c56 eeprom.
The vans BSI initially failed due to water ingress, i cloned a replacement/used BSI but that didn't work so i programmed the cloned BSI and successfully added 2 keys however the ECU is still locked. My suspicion is a corrupted ECU bin file.
Another member had the same issue and resolved it by autocoding the ECU with Meucci Engine ECU decoding and writing back the fixed dump, could anyone help me with this? i dont have Meucci.
Alternatively could anyone IMMO OFF the file for me?

Out of interest, in PP2000, under ECU, the "Status of the coded engine immobiliser programming" has gone from "matched ECU" (when the van would not start) to "investigation status" with a starting van, do you know what this means and whether this is normal under the circumstances?
