Alfa Romeo Giulietta MY2019 model EDC17C69 Adblue solution problem

Hi all, ive worked on this Giulietta for DPF + EGR + SCR delete.

Everything fine, till after couple engine starts, it doesnt start anymore.

Can someone help me check the solution and solve it?

Im willing to pay, as long as solution works, as ive payed for this 2 aldready and none work, same issue.

Car does have a faulty adblue additive injector, and gave that fault.

After mod, only fault that showed up once and was able to erase by diag tool is P2BAF (PERMANENT) SCRM Recovery Strategy Active

Did reset with stock file but doesnt seem to help at all.

Both stock and mod files are listed as an attachment.

Forgot to mention, also disconnected Adblue pump plug, but no effect with it connected or disconnected same problem remains. Engine starts and runs fine, but after couple more ignition cycles and engine starts, it doesnt anymore.

On stock file it starts all the time and runs with Adblue warning light and message ON

Of course, bad readout made with Foxflash, wrong size over 4MB, CKS algo wasn't correctly done
