ibiza 1.4 EGR OFF

Can anyone help me with this EGR OFF? i have done the egr off, car starts up 3 times but then wont start and throw this codes: P0603, P0605

Seat ibiza 1.4 (BKY) with Magneti Marelli ECU and the main fault code is P0402
