Everything is the same, it didn't work, the same error in IPC B101E-46 Electronic Control Unit Software- Configuration Not Programmed and instead of VIN on OPCOM or other diagnostics it says: ++|G''''''1025
this number is on line 1F-29, the VIN number is on line 0000 and is correct, but there is no PIN code on line 0078-7B.Dash VDO 12 844 138 SW: 05.90 year 22/04/2009.

The dash file you posted is a different structure, your OPCOM is looking for the VIN in the wrong location.

Like someone has written the wrong file to it, or is this the original cluster?

How about a complete history of what has been done to this car, and how the problem came about.

We don't know anything, the vehicle was purchased as is, all the repairs we have tried on the dashboard are not working, the vehicle has no faults in the BCM, it has the correct VIN in it. Does anyone have this dump with SW: 05.90 to try to change the VIN and possibly the PIN.

You can give this a go, I changed the VIN but not the pin.
