Please help me reset cas-3

It's very interesting.
My reader is VVDI-Prog.
The processor mask: 0L15Y So I can't read it.
If I set it to 0L01Y, I can read it.
This is what I read from it:
969015


I can't reset the mileage.
Can anyone help?

For some reason VVDI does not read this processor.
