IcomP next Restore firmware needed

hi i got orginal Actia IcomP Next not icom next and i need firmware to restore it . its model AR10008059 I ATTACH pictures of unit hopfully somebody will be able to help

i have also that ICOMP next,
you cannot use it for ista. if virgin, than address is 192.168.68.40 and interface in ediabas is RPLUS. icomp have always a fixed ip adress. you must not reserve. switch on and ready.

Would you be so kind and share what you know about the ICOMP_Next??

I have recently acquired one myself, NOT VIRGIN, it has definitely seen some use in a factory. Listed as "defect and untestet" on ebay + missing OBD Cable. Because of low price, i figured it would be worth a shot anyway, if it can't be fixed then at least will make a nice paperweight for my desk. :biggrin-new:

Status as of today:

- Aquired new OBD Cable. Crosschecked with original and all connections match.
- LAN LED turns on, when connected to car, but all other LEDs remain dark.
- I found a software pack on another forum,for ICOMP ( Not NEXT ) Contains ICOMP Configurator, Bytefilter, Manufactureimage 02-08-01, Restore.bin and Technical introduktion and configuration Manual. But i did not dare to try Restoring at this point, because ICOMP_Next is not mentioned anywhere in the material i have at this point.
- I found that I actualy can communicate and do a standard diagnose scan with ISTA, if I do a ENET Config through EasyConnect. Ista Picks up the ICOMP_Next in connection manager, but still only LAN LED on, and connection manager shows ETH as the only option.

Firmware for the ICOMP_Next i have not yet seen anywhere, even though i have spent countless hours combing the Interweb over the last few months.

Really hope you can tell / give me something... Anything.
