Fiat EDC17C84 no communication by OBD

Hello
I've got a problem with a EDC17C84 ecu on a Fiat Talento
I don't have communication by OBD with diag tool and car don't start
No problem to read and write it on bench so i think it's a sw problem


Anyone have a solution ?
Here are files read with Kess3 on bench

is very possible this car have SGW.....

sgw doesn't block typical communication ... you can connect and read dtc with any tool ...
at first check power on ecu socket .... and errors in other modules (maybe can wires or sth was damaged)

Look at the fuses in the engine compartment. There may still be a bad contact, wait for the terminals in the block
