Retrieval of PIN from eeprom

Hi all, my friend is trying to change on his Touran dash from old to new one from Tiguan. He has eeprom from old dash with immo PIN, but he cannot get an immo pin from the new dash. Could someone help please and explain or help to get it somehow? eeprom 24C32, new dash number is 5N0920871C

dash is on microns MCU you need to read it too and then when you have microns and eeprom you can read PIN, using only pin is impossible to change dash, easiest way to do it is use abrites, UHDS smok etc...
