Hi,
It's possible to delete DPF.

Ecu Bosch EDC16C34

DPF Remover don't work

I have the same car and engine. If there are no tiny pipes coming out of the dpf going to sensor, then there is no software switch. Just take dpf out , no problem https://youtube.com/shorts/cfLd4f-W9r8?feature=share
