Ford SID206 synchro lost

Hi friends. Can someone help with synchro on this Ford. Dashboard is Visteon 8V4T-10849-GJ with1M80F. Engine ecu is 8V41-12A650-CB Continental 5WS40862C-T with 95320. Both of files attached.

I did not try your file because it looks to me its on wrong place written.

I am try your version, made it with Codecard software (which i also have) and now i have changes but still not start. With original file when i give ignition on, car have red LED blink to fast and car not crank . Now i have red LED to turn on and stay on, car crank but not start. I am tried to reprogram keys and procedure goes fine but nothing is changed. I am guessing that place in file its okay but bytes are not good, maybe need to be written in reverse order.

Situation is next: whatever file i am tried, and my try with reversed bytes, always is the same DTC P1602-78 in engine ecu PCM and in RKE. Or synchronization between PCM and instrument cluster is not good, or maybe synchronization is not in instrument cluster. Car is Ford Kuga 2009. Any idea?

you need to read the RKE dump. The instrument panel does not participate in sync on this vehicle.

fairly sure immo is in cluster on these and suffer same issues as the focus,have repaired a few for immo issues,also if led is staying solid check/clean multiplug in engine bay fusebox

you need to delete keys and initialize modules from RKE with IDS

I am trying today to read RKE module but it have Freescale 1L15Y and its locked. I did not want to try to read this MCU with XprogM because of some risk. And what is point of reading if no one knows how to repair ? I will send customer to someone who have Ford OEM diagnostic. Let them try. Anyway i am not fun of Ford vehicles.
