AKL with Autel

hi guys help needed went to do caddy AKL backed up coding via obd ,took dash out read chip said sucess wrote chip said sucess put dash back in write back via obd thats where it went tits up,, failed to write back , so stuck in programming mode from what i can tell im assuming it was a internet problem or tool not sure, thing is when i try yo write dump back it says wrong file size has anyone had similar problem or got a fix thanks in advance

Is car battery over 12v and try programming again with battery reset.

had battery suppot on not tried reset as didnt think would work as 14 volts thanks

restoring chip is the most important step -try using another programmer like vvdi prog rather than autel

you need more than one tool in this game
