Your file is tuned and have hardcut 4900 rpm and some maps missing like IQ to NM Conversion,lambda calculation maps, but i think problem was in your MAF sensor if not have power if u want i can remove only maf sensor and try

Here is it with only MAF and EGR OFF disconnect maf sensor and let your tool to make checksums
