Nissan Navara 2.5 with Denso --- TURBO dead

Hi !

I have this car Nissan 2.5 diesel 2008 year with ECU Denso.
I make with help of someone EGR off, DPF off and tuning stage 1.
After write this modified map the Turbo it failed after not even 200m, the axle broke !
Please if somebody can check these maps and tell if it is something wrong, something bad, or bad luck ? ...

Any hint is helpful.
