Prius airbag eeprom info?

Anyone know the serial EEPROM device ID for 2006 US/Canadian market Prius? The numbers on the EEPROM in the airbag controller are very faint.

I used a cleaning solution (mix of 91% isopropol alcohol and nail polish remover) to gently remove the gunk off the chip, then a 2x magnifier to see S220 faintly on the EEPROM, which is different than the Seiko referenced in the photo.

For S220 Microchip I set programmer as device 93C66
