CD30 and Display Safe

[SVH]

Opel Vivaro came with CD30 MP3 radio
Radio (CD and FM) work but "DISPLAY SAFE" on lcd
Probably one of them is no native, i dont sure

Does possibly to pair them w/o any OBD tool (only by dumps)?
If yes - i will read

Depends on your OBD2 tool..., just put them in the car and pair

Ok but i not have any tool for Opel and asked posibility pairing only dumps. Wil it work?

-ignition off
-connect display
-connect radio

On lcd "Radio Safe" and one beep every 10 sec
Hold AS not help
Any solution to marry radio by dump?
Or what to do??
(btw VIN from car and lcd match)
