VVDI Prog only reads zero's with clip

Already some time that I have issues with my vvdiprog - it's latest version, already tried new clips but still it reads zero's while direct connecting with clip.

Ofcourse most eeproms desolder but some are not needed to be taken off or are stuck beyond reason and therefore best to be left on the board. With Autel and others same chips no issue.

Anybody an idea what might be wrong?

Found it - it is the adapter on the vvdi to connect the clips - had another new one and now reads ok
