Mini CAS3+ internal processor error

Hello
Can anyone please help in this files eeprom and flash, internal processor error.
try sync , reset elv etc always stays error start once after several resets and battery disconect.

its a cas3+ c4 20.0 09 06a0
no key was add or tryed and no mileage correction car was starting and then dead after no battery dont know if before already intermitent problem.

"internal processor error" is exactly what is does say... get other cas with same partnumber and write eeprom
