clone edc17cp14 trouble

Hi !

Are given: 1. ECU EDC17CP14 from VW 03L 907 309 which have some DPF off and maybe EGR off = from genuine car (03L906022QD)
2. ECU EDC17CP14 from VW 03L 907 309 which come from donor car (03L906022BT).
We have= Genuine flash + genuine eep
Second flash + second eep

From Genuine ECU was flash read and put in donor ECU also eeprom modified by AVDI and later by SMOK
After a while on the car appear Imobilizer active !

The procedure of cloning is to put second flash + modified eeprom ? But in this case lost the modified flash !
OR genuine flash + modified eeprom ?

be more specific..." after a while on car appear imobilizer active" , you mean car starts and after some time you get immo active and blocks the starter? must read dtc and see what exactly is happening.

In other words you took flash from ori ecu and wrote to donor ecu, and eeprom mod by avdi. my opinion is avdi didn t do a great job turning immo off

Yes, I took flash from ori ecu + eeprom modified by AVDI or SMOK. After a while ...that means cars start, no errors, Put ignition key, remove ignition key, start the car ,...and after a while ...same day receive the error: Incorrect Immobilizer key (P0513 - 000)

Use ecu with same partsnumber, because of OTP section you cant write fully.
Then transfer the datas.

It is the same part number, It is NOT the same Bosch Number.

Than isnt same partnumber... VAG Number and Bosch Number need to be same.

On different hw versions is hard to imposible to do it. I hope you are right.

Immo off and dpf, egr off... in the new one isnt option or learn with odis and then do it ?

Do immo off and checksum in eeprom and there should be no error immo activ

That could be an option. An available one since another ecu has been bought.

Share the eeprom dump of the ecu on which your car works but you have an error immo activ, I'll try to do for you checskum in eeprom.
