MS45 EWS off or Virgin Swap from n52 with new key

I need to EWS off this ecu i'm swap motor from n52 to m54 and need to run it or maybe better option is virgin and sync with original cas from car. Is even possible to do this car have new key. please help i'm stuck with that

Yes can be done, only ews off isnt enough...
N52 with MSV70 can be EWS4.3 (CAS) then you can sync also with MS45... dont forget about the PC off...

Ecu send for sync. What do you mean PC off?

PowerClass in CAS (depend on CAS)... but in fact of MS45 so M54 engine you cant to use this shouldnt be problem :D.
