Nissan LCN code from sector 507 GL512

need help with code from flash dump.
Dumps attached - in state - Go to dealer, cpu restored after reset the counter without erasing 265&266, and Sector 507.

Yes, they are from same unit, first one is original with message - "Too many wrong codes entered. Go to Nissan dealer"
Second one is after the unit was reseted, but without erasing sectors 265&266, i.e. without destroying it's file system.
And the last one - just sector 507...
